1992
Company established as POLLUX Ltd. It was exclusively focused on trading.
1993
As a reaction to developing activities KASTOR Ltd. company was established. It priamly focused on trading and real estate developing and investments.
1995
In the first half of 1995, POLLUX TRADING Ltd. was established as a reflection to the needs of the Slovak market which , at that time , focused on International trading. In second half of 1995, POLLUX ltd. was transformed into Castor & Pollux Inc. representing acquired experiences from other companies and focusing on counseling and consulting services, as well as project management and project financing.
2001
POLLUX TRADING Ltd. was due to its specific focuses renamed and transformed into CP Consult Ltd. ZELSYS Inc. became the very new member of the Castor & Pollux group focusing on railway and transport infrastructure.
2002
In order to support post graduate and lifelong learning in Slovakia, the Castor & Pollux group founded an independent, non-profit organisation EVI n.g.o. - European Education Institute, mainly focusing on education.
2003 – 2004
Fallowing the need to unify the inner adminstrative and realisational proceses, the Castor & Pollux group implemented ISO quality management system certification.

Realisation of preparation processes for Castor & Pollux Inc. and CP Consult Ltd. union due to some activity penetration within the companies. The main idea was to employ the staff in the most effective way and at the same time harmonise implemented ISO quality management proceses.
2007
Castor & Pollux Inc. and CP Consult Ltd. were united.
